Counseling Agency Tool Enhanced April 05, 2012

IndiSoft, a Columbia, Md.-based technology development firm, has announced an enhancement to its RxOffice Premium Counselor Edition.

According to the company, the enhanced version gives counseling agencies a tool to better manage internal business operations, including various kinds of counseling offered and the day-to-day activities at the agency. The enhanced version also features the ability to electronically post data to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Counselor System, thus allowing its use by any HUD-approved agency participating in the housing counseling program.

The company adds that the RxOffice Premium Counselor Edition is a Web-based case management tool that features a proprietary messaging system, and it can be integrated with email software to auto-file inbound/outbound emails with associated cases.
