Montgomery Reznick Group of Bethesda promoted Mary Beth Norwood to co-managing principal in its Baltimore office. Norwood has worked for Reznick Group for 17 years and was audit professional practice leader in its Sacramento, Calif., office. Rose Financial Services of Rockville named Clay Carney director of finance and accounting services and Fletcher C. Bauman vice president of business development. Previously, Carney was CFO of the Road Runner High Speed Online business unit of Time Warner Cable, vice president, corporate accounting for Discovery Communications, vice president, finance for BET Holdings, and a senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Human Genome Sciences of Rockville named Greg Norden a director. Norden is a former senior vice president and CFO with Wyeth. Earlier, he worked in audit management at Arthur Andersen.
Goodman & Co. promoted Ryan Barnoski to supervisor and Timothy Oliver to senior associate in its Rockville office.
Erickson Living promoted Chip Warner of Severna Park to executive director of Riderwood in Silver Spring. Previously, Warner, who joined Erickson in 2004, was vice president of operations at its headquarters in Catonsville.

G&G Outfitters of Lanham promoted Denise Wittmeyer to director of its motorsports division. G&G also hired Yuko Tsubura and Deborah McKee to develop and execute targeted activation programs.

Game Trading Technologies of Hunt Valley named Michael DuGally a director. DuGally is CEO and co-founder of NorAm International Partners. Previously, he was president and executive vice president of AIS.
BioMarker Strategies of Baltimore named the following directors: Samuel Broder, former director of the National Cancer Institute and chief medical officer at Celera; Mark Velleca, founder and former senior vice president of CGI Pharmaceuticals; and Paul Beresford, vice president of business development at Biodesix and former vice president of translational diagnostics at Ventana Medical Systems.
Vertis Communications of Baltimore named Ken Kaisen chief technology officer and chief information officer. Previously, Kaisen was president and CEO of ClearMomentum, vice president and general manager of consulting and systems integration for Avaya and chief information officer for New England Business Services. He also worked for Xerox.
IndiSoft of Columbia promoted Devdatta Patil from senior software engineer to software release manager. Before joining IndiSoft in 2008, Patil was a technical project manager for Land America.
Crosby Marketing Communications of Annapolis named David Anderson senior interactive art director. Previously, Anderson worked for Pipitone Group, Ripple Effects Interactive and Moxie Interactive.

The following received special recognition: Darrell Durst, vice president, cyber solutions, and Vernon Ross Jr., director of training and development, both with Lockheed Martin.
The Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative of Hughesville named William R. Cullins III a director to complete the term of Samuel Bailey, who resigned in November. Cullins is president and part owner of Cullins Trucking in Clements and vice president and part owner of Wicomico Grain Elevator in Wicomico.
Father Martin's Ashley of Havre de Grace named Peter H. Musser its clinical psychologist and Wendy Insalaco clinical supervisor. Previously, Musser was a private practice clinician and a faculty member at McDaniel College.
